What is a Hoobuy spreadsheet?
It is an independent product-discovery record with a current route, exact option notes, dated price evidence, image match, QC status and parcel-planning fields. It is not permanent inventory.
Does hoobuys.pro sell products?
No. hoobuys.pro is an independent research site. Product and category buttons open destination shopping pages in a separate tab.
How are product routes verified?
The destination must return normally and its title and first image must match the card. We record a check date; you still need to review the live option and amount before ordering.
Are the displayed USD prices final?
No. They are rounded editorial conversions of a dated CNY listing amount. They exclude options, seller delivery, exchange differences, international shipping and optional services.
What can QC photos verify?
They can help verify visible identity, colour, labels, measurements, included pieces, shape and obvious damage. They cannot prove authenticity, hidden materials, durability or internal function.
When should I request a detailed photo?
Consider more evidence when a decision-critical label, measurement, closure, outsole, accessory or damage area is missing or unclear. Ask for one exact view or measurement rather than “more pictures.”
What is seller-to-warehouse shipping?
It is domestic delivery from a marketplace seller to the warehouse. Record that amount and its tracking numbers separately from the later warehouse-to-destination parcel charge.
What is volumetric weight?
It is a calculation for parcels that occupy substantial space. Hoobuy's current public estimator states that most air-cargo volume weight is length × width × height ÷ 6,000 when centimetres produce kilograms. Confirm the live route's rule.
Why can a shipping estimate change?
Destination, item category, measured weight, dimensions, route availability, packaging and selected parcel services affect the result. Warehouse evidence is more reliable than an early product-page guess.
Should every item be consolidated?
No. Consolidation can spread a first-weight charge, but a bulky, fragile or restricted item can change dimensions, protection needs or eligibility for the whole parcel. Compare scenarios.
What should I do with an expired product link?
Mark it unavailable and remove its purchase button until an exact replacement is found. Never replace only the domain or assume the same numeric ID identifies the same item elsewhere.
How often are product finds checked?
The current collection records its verification date. High-visibility finds should be checked regularly, and every buyer should recheck the live page, option, image and price immediately before ordering.
