Hoobuy Shoes Spreadsheet: Prices, Sizing and QC Checks

Reviewed October 12, 2026

hoobuys.pro is an independent research site, not HooBuy. Confirm the current product option, service terms and payable amount before making a purchase.

A useful Hoobuy shoes spreadsheet does more than collect pictures of trainers. It helps you answer three separate questions: whether the link opens the intended shoe, whether the selected size is a reasonable match, and whether the complete delivered cost still fits your budget. These decisions need different evidence. A seller photograph supports product identification; a size chart supports a fit comparison; warehouse photographs support a review of the pair that actually arrived.

Start with the shoe finds and record the exact listing you intend to investigate. Product names such as “shoes-60” are source labels, not independent model identifications. Do not infer a brand, release, material or authenticity from a short title. This guide provides a repeatable research method rather than a ranking of supposedly guaranteed products.

Build one row for one exact shoe option

Save the full product URL, source title, seller item identifier, selected colour, labelled size, displayed amount and date checked. When a page contains several options, the lowest headline price may belong to a different option. Record the amount after selecting the intended pair. Keep the original currency alongside any approximate USD conversion so a later exchange-rate change does not look like a seller price change.

Give different colourways or materially different versions separate rows. Two options can share a photograph while having different stock, materials or prices. A row with an unselected option is a lead to investigate, not a confirmed purchase specification. If a link redirects to a home page or unrelated item, mark it unavailable until a matching replacement has been checked.

Compare dimensions before choosing a size

Use the size chart attached to the exact listing. First determine what each number describes: foot length, suggested foot length, insole length or external sole length. These are not interchangeable. A shoe with a long outsole can have considerably less usable internal space. A conversion table from another seller cannot resolve this distinction.

Measure both feet using the same method and units, and compare with footwear you already find comfortable. Record any relevant width or toe-space requirement separately. Avoid automatic rules such as always ordering one size larger; different shapes and construction can make the same printed size fit differently. When the listing leaves the measurement convention unclear, resolve that uncertainty before ordering.

For warehouse follow-up, request a clearly defined measurement only when it will change the decision. An insole measurement, where removal and measurement are supported, can add evidence but still does not guarantee comfort. Do not treat a tape placed beside the outside of a shoe as an internal fit test. The size guide explains how to keep these measurements distinct.

Keep listing images separate from warehouse QC

The image on a product card should match the destination listing. It is not a photograph of your purchased pair. In the spreadsheet, use different fields for the listing image, warehouse item reference and QC status. Before purchase, a sensible status is “warehouse evidence not yet available,” not “QC passed.”

Historical warehouse images can suggest useful inspection questions, but another buyer's pair is not proof about your order. Match the warehouse record to the exact order and option before reviewing details. If the model, colour, size or quantity is wrong, pause the approval process and address the mismatch before considering cosmetic differences.

Review a shoe pair in a consistent order

Begin with both shoes together. Compare overall shape, toe profile, heel height and obvious left-right differences. Then review each side, the upper surface, outsole and size labels. Check whether the angles and lighting let you make a decision; blur or a hidden heel is missing evidence rather than a defect.

Look at visible seams, sole edges, glue marks, panel alignment, laces and included accessories. Describe the observation precisely: “the left heel seam appears uneven in the rear photograph” is more useful than “bad quality.” A photograph cannot authenticate the product, establish hidden material composition or prove long-term durability. Keep your decision within what the evidence actually shows.

If an important detail is missing, request one view with a defined purpose. For example, ask for a readable photograph of both size labels or a rear view of the pair on the same level surface. Repeating a general request for more photographs may only produce another angle that does not answer the unresolved question.

Price the pair and its packaging separately

A shoe listing price excludes later costs unless the current transaction explicitly says otherwise. Maintain separate entries for the product, seller-to-warehouse delivery, selected inspection or packaging services, international freight and any destination charges that apply. Mark unknown amounts as unknown instead of entering zero.

Boxes can increase parcel volume. Hoobuy's public estimator uses destination, weight, category and dimensions; the applicable shipping line determines the actual billing rules. Do not calculate a final freight price from a shoe's weight alone. Compare the packed dimensions and current route before deciding whether keeping the box changes your budget.

Box removal is a packaging decision, not a guaranteed saving. The pair may still need protection against crushing, abrasion or moisture. A replacement outer carton also occupies space. Keep an original box when its protection or value matters, and assess the complete packed result when considering removal. The shoebox guide provides the comparison framework.

Use a worked comparison without inventing a quote

Suppose option A has a lower product price, while option B has clearer sizing evidence and more compact packaging. Create separate columns for each confirmed cost and each unresolved item. If international freight is not yet known, compare several plausible parcel scenarios without presenting one as a live quote. A small saving on the listing may disappear when a box changes the billable weight or an unsuitable size requires a return.

Record why you selected an option. The reason might be a better measurement match, a clearer warehouse review or a lower confirmed overall cost. This is more useful than a simple “best shoe” badge, because another buyer's size, destination and packaging requirements can lead to a different decision.

Finish the row before parcel submission

At the warehouse stage, add the item reference, measured weight, relevant dimensions, QC decision and outstanding requests. Keep the original listing record so you can compare what was offered with what arrived. Use three decision states: approve, request evidence, or investigate a mismatch. Only approved items should enter the final parcel plan.

Before submitting, confirm the selected route accepts the complete parcel, verify recipient information and save the current amount and selected services. Keep a copy of the submitted record. The shipping estimate guide explains why preliminary estimates and final charges can differ.

Maintain a useful shoe shortlist

Reopen important links before publishing or purchasing. Preserve a previous check date until a new check has actually occurred. Remove unavailable purchase routes from the active shortlist, retain the reason in your notes, and never change only the domain while assuming the same numerical ID identifies the same product. A smaller set of traceable options is easier to use than a long list of stale links.

Use the QC checklist for inspection detail and the budget guide for complete-cost comparison. The result should be a clear decision record: exact item, measured size evidence, visible condition, packaging choice and a dated shipping estimate.

Sources and limits

Editorial methods and examples are independent guidance. Hoobuy Shipping Fee Estimation, Beginner's Guide and Help Center were reviewed on October 12, 2026 for the relevant workflow and input fields. Current transaction screens determine available services and charges. Product photos are listing images, not inspections of a purchased item.
